You are responsible for:

• Promptly notifying us of any unauthorized account activity

4Prohibited Activities

• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law
• Generate spam, malware, phishing content, or defamatory material
• Infringe upon intellectual property or copyright laws
• Probe, attack, or overburden our network infrastructure
• Resell or redistribute access without written authorization
• Circumvent account rate limits or credit quotas through unauthorized scraping

5Billing, Credits & Refunds

• Credits: Each word processed consumes one credit.
• Subscriptions: Billed monthly or annually with automatic renewal until cancelled.
• Top-ups: Word credits can be purchased as one-off additions that never expire.
• Refund Policy: Contact support within 7 days of purchase if you experience technical issues.
• Cancellation: Cancel anytime via your account settings; benefits remain active until the period ends.

6Content Ownership & Intellectual Property

You retain full copyright and ownership of any text you submit and receive from basehuma. By using our service, you grant us a strictly limited license to process your text solely for delivering the humanization result. We do not claim ownership of your writing.

7Warranty Disclaimer & Liability Limits

basehuma is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While our models achieve industry-leading bypass rates, AI detector algorithms update frequently and we cannot guarantee 100% bypass on every detector. Our total aggregate liability is strictly limited to amounts paid to us in the preceding 12 months.
